Role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a CRM project manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing CRM projects within a sports platform.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Project management of CRM campaigns & initiatives, including maintaining status updates about progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

✔️ Collaborating with the design, content, and sports teams.

✔️ Collaborate closely with the CRM Team Lead and other members to develop strategies to retain and increase customer value.

✔️ Monitor and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience.

✔️ Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.

✔️ Demonstrate a strong interest in sports.

Qualifications:

✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and report on data.
✔️ Demonstrate a strong interest in sports.
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to multitask priorities with tight deadlines.
✔️ Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
