Role in a nutshell:

Are you a seasoned Customer Support professional with a flair for leadership and a passion for iGaming? We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Night Shift Customer Service teams in Sofia, overseeing both onsite and remote agents.



  • Lead and manage 30 agents, split between Sofia and remote locations.
  • Supervise two Night Shift teams of 15 members each.
  • Conduct performance reviews for Senior agents biannually, comprising approximately 20% of the team.
  • Handle hiring and forecasting for the team.
  • Work on a 2 on 2 or 3 on 3 schedule, depending on preference.
  • Provide daily reporting on agent and team performance, including metrics like incoming chats, customer satisfaction, and prevalent issues.


  • Previous experience as a CS Team Lead in the iGaming industry.
  • Proficiency in CS agentsโ€™ Quality Assurance processes.
  • Exceptional soft communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Office-based role.
