Role in a nutshell:
We are looking for a Sales Representative with Arabic who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
✅ Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken;
✅ Proactive person with good sales / customer support skills;
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
✅ Attention to details;
✅ Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Qualifications:
✅ Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
✅ Able to analyse customers’ behavior and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
✅ Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
✅ Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
✅ Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
