Role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent Specialist with Swedish & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Providing support in Swedish by email and Live chats;

✔️ Processing with high attention to details and content;

✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

✔️ Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken;

✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;

✔️ Attention to detail;

✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
