Role in a nutshell:

Now we are looking for a VIP Account Manager with French language who will be responsible for the retention of VIP customers and the increase of their lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Able to analyze customers’ behavior and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients & meeting their needs;

✔️ Comprehension of our products;

✔️ Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;

✔️ Ensure that product compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in the iGaming business;

✔️ 1+ year of experience in portfolio managing;

✔️ Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;

✔️ Be patient and have negotiation skills;

✔️ Ability to think outside the box;

✔️ Sales driven and motivated to achieve monthly targets;

✔️ Stand for working independently;

✔️ Native/Fluent French Language;

✔️ Good English Language Skills;

✔️ Multitasking;

✔️ Time-managing;

✔️ Productiveness;

✔️ Flexibility.
